When there’s an imbalance, Nature shows the way
When The Empress shows up and leads an array of cards representing her planet Venus, she means business. She wants to claim her rightful place, and she is, in fact, the Earth __ Mother Nature.
Venus represents love, beauty and harmony. But when she gets a raw deal, she knows how to reclaim what truly belongs to her.
She is certainly not happy in a conflict-like situation. In particular, the V of Swords (Venus in Aquarius) got pulled twice for this week (June 22-June 28) pointing towards the aftermath of a skirmish, one can imagine why Venus would like to put an end to it — because there are no winners in such situations.
Venus-related cards have outwitted all other planets this week, including the warrior planet Mars. Saturn, however, continues to hold sway since the previous two weeks.
Backing The Empress’s move to bring harmony is Temperance, which got pulled twice. It asks us to maintain moderation in all we do. Anything in excess will get called out.
On the other hand, the Page of Swords has appeared thrice, indicating negativity and bickering. Page of Swords is best at communicating news — the breaking kind — at a collective level.
Two King of Swords demonstrate a demeanour where neither is willing to blink.
The absence of cups among the court cards also reveals a lack of compassion. What’s more, the absence of cards related to the Moon could indicate a lack of reflection.
Nevertheless, with 1s appearing seven times, there is a significant stress towards fresh starts. But five 2s, again, underscores the importance of maintaining a balance.
The continuous appearance of Judgement over the last few weeks is like a moment of reckoning for everyone to shed old patterns and shift to the new. The World card is down to a single pull this week. Together, The World, Death and Judgement point to a phase of transition and closures.
Where does this lead us? Justice says it’s towards karmic retributions.
Some sacrifices will need to be made. Two X of Wands suggests this could get a bit trying for some.
Turning points are there for those who align with the changes. For some who don’t, The Tower could prompt a thrust.
Looking at the zodiacs in the readings, there appears to be a struggle between outward individuality and inner calling. What will the collective pay heed to?
